If you have a history of canceling memberships, or disputing items on your bill, they may deny your card. Q: Why can't I get all of the clips to play? A: There could be several reasons for this. You will need the latest Windows Media Player to play the wmv format files, and you can download it by clicking here.First, try playing another clip that you know works. Second, make sure that you have the latest RealPlayer or Windows Media Player available. Also try right-clicking and save-as instead of streaming it from the web site. If you still run into problems, email me, and let me know which file didn't work. Q: My password stopped working. What should I do? A: First, remember that the password system is case sensitive. The site sits as a kind of snapshot of how producers used to promote themselves circa 2001, when video was hard to transfer and store. Back then, producers would promote themselves via newsgroups, but the clips would cycle through and be gone forever. This was a static place to see who was producing what. I make no guarantees on the amount of content on the site. This is all user/producer submitted content, and this site is just a more convenient way to store files than the newsgroups where these files came from. Q: How much does it cost to join, and are there other ways to become a member? At this time the only way to join is with a checking account or credit card through CCBill. Q: Why don't you have FMConcepts or A.N.A. etc. clips here? A: In order for this site to exist, and provide the service that it does, we must all respect the producer's rights to ask that their promotional materials not be displayed here. I will ALWAYS respect the wishes of the producers. If content is not here, there is a good reason for it, trust me. :)
